The original Vanishing Point, along with the quintessential Two Lane Blacktop, was the epitome of car movies in my youth. No "Herby, the Love Bug" here, just cars, crashes, people, and more cars. The 1971 movie, in which Kowalski must deliver a supercharged 1970 Challenger from Colorado to San Francisco in 15 hours, serves as the focus of all Mopar faithful.

But I will mention the all new Challenger. I saw it at the 2006 auto show and thought it looked great. Apparently so did a fan on YouTube. He crafted a short scene using clips from the original - adding a 2008 SRT Challenger in place of the '70. Take a look.
